Colored hair is often damaged because color treatments can weaken the keratin chains in the hair. When this happens, color pigments are unable to embed into the hair as well – resulting in the loss of color intensity. For streaked, tinted and color-treated hair, the Revital range uses a combination of magnolia and plant keratin, known as phytokeratin. These balance out the damage that has occurred in the hair and on its surface. The hair gains strength and a silky gloss whilst its color becomes much more brilliant and long-lasting.
